Some countries need more than Tazapay’s standard KYB pack. This page lists the additional fields and documents to provide for each country and account type, so your customer’s Collection Account can be issued without delays.
Everything on this page is in addition to the Tazapay full KYB requirements. Provide both together.

Step 1: Tazapay full KYB requirements

These apply to every entity, regardless of country or account type.

Mandatory documents

  • Business registration proof
  • Operating address proof
  • Business shareholding structure

Mandatory data fields

  • Registered business name
  • Business registration number
  • Registered address
  • Operating address
  • Business representative details:
    • Name
    • Nationality
    • Ownership percentage
    • Date of birth
    • Role

Pick the country, then the account type.

Must be provided before the Collection Account can be issued.

Recommended

Not blocking, but strongly advised. Providing these avoids follow-up requests and lets us route to more banking partners.

Step 3: How to provide these details

New customer

Include these fields and documents when you create and submit the entity.

Existing entity via API

Use the Update Entity API to add the missing fields and documents.

Existing entity via Dashboard

Go to Merchant Dashboard > Entity details and select Add more details.

If a Collection Account is required for the merchant account and not for an entity, please reach out to support@tazapay.com to get these details updated.
