Dashboard creation of Collection Accounts is coming soon. The steps below describe the upcoming flow.
You can create Collection Accounts (Virtual Accounts and Stablecoin Wallets) for yourself or for your entities directly from the Tazapay dashboard — no API integration required. Collection Accounts can only be created once you or your entity has been onboarded on Tazapay and approved by our team.

Creating a Collection Account

Log in to the Tazapay Dashboard and click Collection Accounts in the left navigation panel. The page has two tabs — Virtual Accounts and Wallets. Navigate to the relevant tab and click + Add to get started.

Go to the Virtual Accounts tab

In the Collection Accounts page, click the Virtual Accounts tab.

Click Add

Click the + Add button at the top of the listing.

Configure Account Details

Fill in the required details:

CountryThe country in which the virtual account will be domiciled (e.g. SG, CA, GB)
CurrencyThe currency you want to collect in
Payment Method TypeThe transfer type (e.g. Local Bank Transfer, SWIFT/Wire Transfer)
Alias (optional)A friendly name for the account
Description (optional)The intended use case for the account

Review and Submit

Review your configuration and click Submit. Tazapay will process your request and notify you once the account is ready.

Closing a Collection Account via Dashboard

Navigate to the relevant tab

Go to Collection Accounts in the left navigation panel and open the Virtual Accounts or Wallets tab depending on the account you want to close.

Open Account Details

Click on the account to open its details page.

Click Disable Account

Click the Disable Account button on the account details page.

Confirm

Confirm the action in the dialog that appears. The account status will update to disabled once the disablement request is processed.
Once disabled, a collection account cannot be re-enabled unless it explicitly supports re-enablement. Contact support@tazapay.com for assistance.
