A payout amendment allows a merchant to request a correction to the details of a payout that has already been initiated. Amendments are limited to minor typographical fixes and do not permit changes to the intended beneficiary or bank account.

B. Minor Beneficiary Name Correction

  • Spelling mistakes (e.g. “Jon Smith” → “John Smith”)
  • Missing middle name
  • Minor formatting differences (e.g. “ABC Pvt Ltd” → “ABC Private Limited”)
  • Small typographical corrections

What is NOT Permitted

The following changes will be rejected and cannot be processed as amendments:
Requests that change the beneficiary identity, replace the bank account entirely, or introduce compliance risk will be rejected. These cannot be processed as amendments. If your correction does not meet the amendment criteria above, you may raise a Recall request instead.
