# Onboarding Requirements for Businesses

## Required Information

### 1. Business Details

* **Registered Business Name**
* **Business Registration / Incorporation Certificate**
* **Registered Address and Operational Address**
  * Documentary proof required (e.g. registration documents, utility bills)
* **Nature of Business**
  * Description of products and/or services offered
* **Shareholding Structure**
* **Official Website**
* **Monthly Turnover**

### 2. Details of Key Individuals

Details are required for **Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs)**, **Directors**, and **Authorised Representatives**:

* **Contact Information**
* **Proof of Identity**
  * Passport, National ID, or Residence Permit
* **Proof of Address**
  * Bank statement, utility bill, or equivalent document
* **Board Resolution (if applicable)**
  * Required if the authorised representative is **not a Director**, confirming they are authorised to open and operate an account with Tazapay
