# Onboarding Requirements

> Onboarding ensures your business is verified and ready for secure money movement through Tazapay.

## Sandbox vs. Production

    Submit business and UBO documents. Tazapay reviews within 4–7 business days before your account is activated.

## Required Information

To begin using Tazapay on production, all accounts must complete the onboarding process. This ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and enables a secure money movement network.

**1. Business Details**

* Registered Business Name
* Business Registration / Incorporation certificate
* Registered Address and Operational Address (with documentary proofs)
* Nature of business (products / services offered)
* Shareholding Structure
* Website
* Monthly Turnover

**2. Details of Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs), Directors and Authorised Representatives**

* Contact
* Proof of Identity (Passport, National ID, Residence Permit)
* Proof of Address (Bank Statement, Utility Bills, etc.)
* If the authorised representative is not a Director, we need a Board Resolution stating that the representative is authorised to open an account with Tazapay.
