# Prerequisites

> What you need before you can request Collection Accounts

You can request Collection Accounts (Virtual Accounts and Stablecoin Wallets) for yourself or for your customers once you or your customers have been onboarded on the Tazapay platform.

## Requesting for yourself

A merchant needs to be fully KYB'd and onboarded on the Tazapay platform before they can request a Collection Account.

## Requesting for your customers

If you want to request Collection Accounts for your customers, you need to submit their full entity details on Tazapay.
