# Beneficiary Address No Longer Required for INR Local Payouts

**Release type:** Enhancement (Backward-compatible)
**Applies to:** Payout Bank Metadata, Create Payout, Beneficiary

For INR local payouts, the beneficiary address fields are no longer required. This simplifies your integration, as you no longer need to collect or send a beneficiary address for the India corridor.

## What changed

The following fields have been removed from the required beneficiary fields for INR local payouts:

* `address.line1`
* `address.city`
* `address.state`
* `address.postal_code`

The change is reflected in the `required_beneficiary_fields` returned by the **Payout Bank Metadata** endpoint (`GET /v3/metadata/payout/bank`) for the `IN` / `INR` local corridor.

## What you need to do

Nothing. The change is backward-compatible. If you already send these address fields, they continue to be accepted. You can stop collecting and sending them for INR local payouts.
